The aim was to deliver a functional yet elegant home tailored to the client’s lifestyle and local climate conditions.
Before ECAD’s intervention, the plot was a bare residential site with no clear plan for execution. The client was seeking a builder who could take over the entire process—from concept to completion—ensuring peace of mind and adherence to quality standards. Key challenges included optimizing the limited space, managing structural symmetry, and building for Uttarakhand’s climate.
